Having been involved with real estate transactions for over 30 years, deals in general have a ton of loops and turns and can be even more challenging if you don't have an experienced agent on the other side of the table. I recently completed an off market deal with Candice Hakimfar who represented the buyers and as per usual, it was a bit of a ride. This was a home that needed extensive repairs and I represented the seller where I had been trying to sell their home for nearly 2 years...so let's just say the seller was challenging and had a number they required to sell. But when you have positive, cooperative and patient representation...we agents do find a way to get the deal closed. I am very appreciative the way Candice trusted my guidance and the way she cared for her buyers with a positive and sweet touch that eventually saw all parties concede for the greater good. Lastly, my sellers had a lot of things (toys, appliances, furniture) that they no longer wanted and was going to just toss. I was most touched the way Candice went out of her way to find an Israeli family in need, as they just had relocated here. The family was all smiles, as they drove away with some wonderful items that helped jump start their new life here in America. Cheers to another wonderful real estate experience.

I was fortunate to meet Candice at an open house and we kicked it off she was easy to talk to and she understood my needs instantly ( as if we knew each other for a while …) after walking the house she gave me her honest opinion and it made me realize that she has my best interest…. After a couple days of thinking about it I decided to place an offer I had her represent me because I felt a good energy from her and luckily after some negotiations our offer was accepted and we purchased the property… since then I referred her to a couple others and they all seem satisfied and are happy with her.
