Candy is selfless and amazing. I actually approached her about selling some land that was outside of her area, but she could have taken it on if she choose. Selflessly, she referred me to a land specialist in the area who has been great and listed the property. Even after the referral Candy followed up to make sure we had been taken care of as well as to see if there is anything she could do to assist further. If this is the service I get when she isn't my agent, I can't imagine how amazing she is when she is representing you directly! Highly recommend using Candy for ALL your Real Estate needs!

Candy was referred to me by a good friend and I can't have been happier working with her and her team. After moving from Houston I was dreading the home buying process but Candy made it super easy, was always quick to answer questions and find out information, and has an amazing network of contractors to do last minute inspections on a time crunch. What can I say? As a first time home buyer with little to no knowledge of what it actually takes to buy a house it can be not only very intimidating, but also stressful. Not with Candy however, I saw multiple houses and to be honest I lost count of how many houses I viewed, but I’m thankful I had her as my realtor as she’s super nice, patient, attentive and easy going. This is honestly an experience I won’t forget and I think it’s safe to say that I made a lifetime friend/acquaintance. Thanks Candy!

We worked with Candy and recently closed on a home in Lees Summit. We had a very positive experience with her. She was responsive to all of our calls, requests for showings, and questions. She presents herself in a trustworthy manner which immediately put us at ease. The home buying process is long and tedious. However, Candy provided excellent guidance and assistance. She is a lovely person and was wonderful to work with.
