Everyone thinks their realtor is the best. But I think my realtor is not only the best, but the most caring and comprehensive person I know. Not only did she help me sell my home, she helped me buy a new home. She walked me through a difficult situation, held my hand along the way, encouraged me when I needed it, cheered me on when necessary and helped me make really hard decisions. We are really grateful to have had Canyon as our realtor when we relocated to the area. She actively listened to our desires, was patient with us when we deviated from the original plan, and she was very attentive to what we needed at any given moment. She was calm and reassuring when things felt stressful, and she never pushed us into doing anything when we were uncertain. To the contrary, she made sure we were okay with everything before we moved forward with anything. She was knowledgeable and helped educate us on both the market and the process. We all know the mantra, “realtors are not worth the cost”, and I have experienced this in the past. But Canyon Lukasiak is the exception. She is hard working, diligent, tenacious, knowledgeable, and honest. She has good contacts if you need work done. She knows how to market your property to realize it’s sales potential; and therefore can offset the costs associated with getting your home listed. She will represent your interest, yet is willing to tell you what you might not want to hear. If you need help selling your home, just hire Canyon and don’t look back. I listed two properties with her, one sold in six hours, and the other in four days. She is the best!
