We recently used Cara to buy a house in North Portland, and we feel so lucky our friend recommended her! Cara was endlessly patient, available, knowledgeable, and so much more easygoing and less pretentious than every other agent we’ve worked with. Cara has such a talent for walking into a space and imagining its potential. Her ideas are creative and practical, and her guidance really opened up many more possibilities for us in such a competitive market. She gave such great expert advice that landed us in a house that checked all our boxes in a fantastic location below market selling price. Cara continued to be available as we began house projects and moved in, available at every turn for us to lean on. We are so grateful for her! 10/10!

My husband and I loved working with Cara! She has extensive knowledge of the local market and was able to answer every question we had about buying and selling. She consistently found homes we were interested in and always made time to show them to us. Cara not only help us buy our home, but she helped us sell our condo. The process went seamlessly.
