About Cara

I grew up in Chesterfield, Virginia where I completed my high school education at Clover Hill High School's Math and Science program. Later, I pursued a degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from Christopher Newport University. When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying out new restaurants in the area, going to the beach, or traveling to new places around the world.

Before joining the residential real estate industry, I worked in commercial real estate, where I created sale comparables and analyzed real estate market trends. Following that, I worked for multiple new construction home builders, gaining valuable insight and knowledge about the new construction industry. However, I decided to continue helping my clients with their real estate needs, be it new construction, resale, or investment homes. Every day is a new challenge with new clients, and I am constantly learning and growing alongside them. I am always looking for the next opportunity for growth and development.

I was very new to the home ownership process and Cara made this the most seamless process. She made me feel like I was her only client. We established rapport and I trusted her expertise and judgement. She walked me through every step and was available to me whenever I needed. Her communication is superb and she has the best personality. I am recommended everyone I know to her as I know they will be on good hands.

Cara was an incredible asset to me during the purchase of my first home. Despite delays and setbacks on the seller side, Cara educated me through the process, stayed patient with me, and stayed by my side. Even after closing, she continued to help answer questions for me that popped up. She's stayed in touch and checked in on me thereafter. She was my rock through the whole process- from all the showings, to getting my offer accepted, through financing, and then through closing. Her help was invaluable and I will be using her for all my home purchases in the future. She is my forever realtor!

Cara did an amazing job working with us on buying our first home. We came into the process knowing very little, and immediately she was able to make us feel comfortable. She has a lot of knowledge about the area, houses in general, and all of the confusing processes. When we looked at houses she gave an honest opinion on them and helped us find the right one. She was very quick to respond and set up viewings. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
