Her parting statement that day, "I know I can sell your home" exacted a confidence of her abilities acquired through twenty years in the real estate business.The statistical analysis was outstanding, done regularly, reflecting wise, reassuring decision making. She continually updates, maintaining prompt communication. She recommended pricing my home through analysis of current market and interest rates. Cara and her entire team are always amazing to work with! With the housing market the way that it is right now, it’s good to have someone like Cara who knows exactly what you’re looking for in a new house and is constantly updating you on new listings hitting the market. Miraculously, we found a new place in a short amount of time and were able to do a two week closing. Throughout both processes, Cara has been a consummate professional and both times, we have been extremely happy with the outcome! If I could I'd leave a thousand more stars. What can I say Cara is just amazing. In a time where finding a home for a good price is difficult, Cara really came through. Being in Real Estate for 15 years, I can recognize a true professional; Cara is one of them. After interviewing several Agents, Cara impressed me the most. Phoenix is a difficult market and Cara knows her way around. Many Realtors will try to sell you a house or say whatever to list your house, but Cara did not. Cara made the buying experience about US, her clients and not about her. She was patient, pointed out positives and negatives, asked questions to better understand what type of home we were looking for, and fought for fair market value.
