Caren is a second-generation realtor. Real estate isn't just a job for Caren; it's a calling implanted in her since she was a child. Growing up in Mendocino County with a mother who's a Broker Associate, Caren was immersed in the world of real estate from a young age. Watching her mother, (Celeste Rodriguez) navigate deals, build relationships, and help families find their dream homes ignited a passion within her that's only grown stronger over the years.
From the age of 14, Caren knew that becoming a Real Estate Agent was her ultimate goal. Since then, every step she has taken has been a deliberate move toward realizing that dream. Starting as a diligent administrative assistant in 2014, she quickly grasped admin and marketing skills that led her to become the lead admin in 2018. These roles not only provided her with invaluable experience but also deepened her understanding of the real estate industry and solidified her commitment to pursuing my passion.
In 2023, Caren took another significant stride forward by obtaining certification as a Transaction Coordinator. This achievement not only expanded her skill set but also reinforced her dedication to excellence in every aspect of real estate transactions. She set to accomplish a milestone of being an Administrative Assistant for 10 years, she accomplished that goal in and then decided to pursue her final step - to become a Real Estate Agent.
