Carissa Mason

Carissa Mason is a licensed Realtor and fulfilled the role as the Director of Operations for one of the top Real Estate Teams in Metro South Atlanta for 5 years. With over 15 years’ experience in Administration/ Operations, she believes team building and relationships are paramount in an organization’s success. She has assisted in expanding the team from 4 members to now 12. During this time, she executed plans and implemented systems that were documented and duplicatable, in turn provided leverage to the realtors. Within her first year of acquisition, the team’s volume grew from $12,970,921 in 2015 to $25,357,000 in 2016. Currently, the team is on schedule to close $40,000,000 in 2020.

Her unique value proposition is building a strong foundation based upon systems, relationships, and clear communication. Being licensed has allowed Carissa to work essentially every position within the real estate team making her dynamic. She is the recipient of the 2019 Executive Administrator of the year award from Metro South Association of Realtors and the 2018 Siri Executive Assistant Award from Keller Williams Atlanta Partners.
