Since 2004, Carl has worked as a mortgage broker associate, real estate sales associate, and real estate instructor and has developed a deep familiarity with every sector of the industry.

When he’s not guiding his real estate clients or his team at The Nice Agent Co., Carl enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and playing golf. He regularly volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and his nonprofit, The Nice Foundation, where he teaches business and shares his extensive knowledge of real estate. On his own time, Carl also tends to his real estate ventures, flipping and renting homes in the South Florida area.
