Carl has over 22 years of local real estate experience. He is the son of a career Naval Officer and views it as an HONOR to serve our military family's real estate needs. Carl specializes in listing and selling residential resale, corporate and military relocation listings and buyer sales, first-time homebuyers and the upper end/luxury homes. Mr. Johansen is also an experienced Short-Sale agent with a great success record. Carl works with short-sale experienced attorneys and staff to get the job done.
