Carl Phalin, REALTOR®, has been an Associate Broker member of Jaqua REALTORS® for 25 years, and is dedicated to the profession of real estate. His clients consistently praise him for the compassion he demonstrates while helping them navigate the maze of a real estate transaction, dedicated to their needs. Carl serves an important role in the arena of corporate relocation. The array of higher education institutions, the regional medical focus, and the medium and small-sized companies of the area look to Carl to share his knowledge with people new to the culturally rich Kalamazoo County region. He nurtures them and enjoys great camaraderie with people of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

Carl has lived in southwest Michigan for 47 years and serves effortlessly as a community ambassador, having worked for County governments in his previous career. He had long tenure supporting people with special needs. The University and colleges are essential to his continuing interest to reside in Kalamazoo, as they serve as catalyst for the arts and culture that motivate him. He has a particular interest in researching historic places in Kalamazoo County.

Carl gives back to his profession and the community. He has been a Director on the Greater Kalamazoo Board of REALTORS®, its Professional Standards Committee, and its Multiple Listing Service Committee. He partners with local human service organizations on disability and housing issues.
