His mother started her own interior design business in Palm Desert after an extensive time curating and growing Rancho La Quinta’s founding in-house interiors department since 1999. His soul father, Fred Segal, has been a driving force of inspiration for real estate development and investment projects. Creator of the world-renowned Malibu Country Mart and iconic Fred Segal West Hollywood retail store, Carl Segal Properties breathes an essence of Fred’s undeniable style, commitment to service, and authentic spirit.
