Carl Soriano

A seasoned real estate investor with a deep knowledge of individual home sales and residential development, he comes to Ansley Atlanta with 20 years of solid real estate experience.

Prior to a career in Residential Real Estate, he owned and operated one of the most successful karate studios in the Southeast. After selling the studio, he began investing in real estate and developed a real talent for finding and assessing opportunities in the market.

After moving to Atlanta at age 10, he attended both Riverwood High School and Georgia State University, and over time have developed a great familiarity with in-town Atlanta as well as its surrounding areas. He loves Atlanta, knows it very well, and has a passion for helping people achieve success in their real estate investment opportunities. He currently lives in Buckhead with his wife, Laura, and their son, Luca.
