Carl is a great broker, he handled the sale of my Town Home when I relocated to Chicago. Carl is a calm, professional and well connected broker which was exactly what I needed in my situation. He took control and got a list of movers, provided me with professionals to help fix items on my home. As I had to leave Denver ASAP to start my new job I gave Carl the keys and he just took control and got everything done. He worked to get documents by FedEx to me in Chicago - I did not even have to fly back to Denver for closing Carl coordinated everything. He really made this an easy sale for me. He even put me in contact with a broker in Chicago to help me there.
Highly recommended.

Carl is hands down a professional but a friend too. He's kind and genuine character speaks volumes when it comes to buying or selling a house. Your best interest, is his best interest. I felt when I was selling my place he made accommodation as I needed on showings. His knowledge of the market was on point. When I sold in Denver he was still my ultimate resource when buying in Tampa and connecting me with the right people to find my new home. Carl's intergrity, sense of empathy and level of calmness whilst going through a sale or purchase is unspeakable. A true gentleman, loves his clients. Nothing is too much to help you. I'd rate Carl at 10 stars if I could! An amazing realtor that puts effort in without being asked.
