Carla is an excellent realtor, she helped my family sell our first house and find our 2nd house. When listing our home she worked around our hectic schedule to set up viewings and also provided advice on how to get our house ready for market. Selling and buying a home at the same time can be stressful but Carla arranged for us to close both deals on the same day making it a smooth transition. When viewing houses, she had background information prepared which helped us make informed decisions.  She walked us through the selling and buying process clearing outlining each decision and option we had. My father-in-law lives out of state and is in the process of looking for a home or condo in the Brentwood area.
