Carla joined our team in 2011 as a buyer's agent. She started her career in the Real Estate industry back in 2003 in the title insurance business working for the top notch companies in the area. It was there where she was able to learn and experience the ups and downs the market brings and allowed her to establish long term relationships with lenders, attorneys, investors and fellow realtors. Her valuable background and connections is what made her step into the sales role and became a listing agent in 2010, but shortly after she felt that passing on her knowledge by educating the consumer on the home buying process was far more important to build the market back and help her community at the same time.

Since she started her career as a Realtor she has exceeded all expectations by meeting her sales goals every year, delivering excellent costumer service, dedicating her time and commitment to learning new sales strategies and holding her title as the highest conversion rate agent and a Top Producer Buyer Agent with our team for many consecutive years.

Her buyers enjoy working with her because of her knowledge of the area, her savvy ways of negotiations, her charisma and professionalism during the process and they always give her props for making their home buying experience simply one of a kind.

Carla was born and raised in Lima, Peru and is now a proud Burke Center resident where she is an active member of her home owners association and volunteers for a local non-profit organization that teaches young kids the arts of folklore dancing. Apart from loving to vacation in sunny beachy places, you will find Carla in her free time walking around the lakes near her home with her daughter Nicky and her shiba inu, Suki, checking out the yummiest places to eat with her family and friends or attending the toughest class at core power yoga.
