Selling a house can be as stressful as buying. However, Carlid made every process as smooth as she could. Her patience with me was above and beyond. Needless to say her knowledge and professionalism makes her unique. She was always willing and available when I had questions, and worked with me every step of the way.

Giving Carlid 5 star really does not describe the hard worker she is, there should be options to pick more than 5. I can't wait to have her as my realtor once again 😃

Oh my goodness where do I start! Carlid was SO patient, professional & so helpful throughout our entire home buying process. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. When I started looking into buying a home I was scared and clueless! Carlid took the time to explain everything to me step by step ahead of time so that I would know what to expect. Then, through the entire process she continued to explain things to me as we went even if it meant she had to repeat herself over and over. She was extremely patient. She was also super attentive. She responded to my numerous texts and calls day and night! If we needed anything, she made it happen! When contemplating buying into the Massachusetts real estate market, I finally made the push to move forward on a serious level in 2021. After getting discouraged by a previous lackluster and underwhelming agent, I came into contact with Carlid. After our intro discussion, I immediately felt confident in not only her abilities but my own decisions to buy. Being in the service industry, reputation and reviews are as good as gold and after swiping through a few reviews, I ultimately decided to move forward with Carlid. Her dedication to her craft is something that I was truly impressed with. Her knowledge and expertise helped guide me in gray areas that I knew nothing about and she walked me through it all in what I like to call "talk to me like I'm 5".

Her communication style and attention to detail are what is most memorable from the experience as well as her uncanny ability to negotiate with the other party. When there was a problem, she was 2 steps ahead, even ahead of my broker. If I had chosen another agent, I presumably would have walked away and decided to hold off, making the wrong decision.

I undoubtedly intend fully on utilizing her services again for future properties and take advantage of every opportunity to refer her to friends and family considering buying or selling a property. When you think of scaling your portfolio or buying your first home, etc., you need a go-getter like Carlid.

We were looking to purchase a home last year and were interested in a property on Zillow so I asked for an agent to contact me. Carlid reached out right away and was available to show the property the next day. I was in a bit of a time crunch and was trying to find a home quickly for my family members. Carlid was extremely responsive and willing to do everything she could to help us find a suitable home.

We ended up not able to get approval for the home we were looking at, but continued working with Carlid on a possible investment property purchase. After looking at several properties, my husband and I decided to postpone our search but were determined to work with Carlid again when we were in need of a realtor.

Months went by and it turned out that we needed to sell our current investment property in Nashua as we are relocating to Texas shortly. I reached out to Carlid, who responded right away. We provided all of the information needed to get the process started and Carlid took it from there.

She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and helped us coordinate the photography for the listing, the open house and showings with our tenant so we had little to do on our end. This was so appreciated since we were also working on our relocation during this time.

Carlid had our house sold within days and well above asking price! It was awesome! She really is an absolute pleasure to work with and was even willing to cover an unanticipated cost out of her own pocket! She scheduled and coordinated trash removal, as well as a handyman, to do some unexpected repairs found after our tenant vacated the property.

If you want to work with someone who will be available and who is extremely hardworking then look no further! You will not be disappointed. Our only regret is that we aren't able to work with her on the sale of our primary residence, as that is coordinated through a relocation service through my husband's employer.
