Carling Bennett

Carling Bennett moved to the Vail Valley in the Fall of 2009 from the North End of Boston where she worked in finance at Morgan Stanley. Originally from North Conway, NH, which was recently voted the #1 ski town in the USA, you could say the mountain lifestyle is engrained in her. Early successes in ski racing led Carling to attend Holderness School, an elite New England prep school in New Hampshire. From there Carling received a BA in Political Science and Economics at St. Lawrence University.

Shortly after moving to Vail, CO, Carling began her career with Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (SSFRE) where she spent her first five years working in corporate marketing, gaining invaluable advertising and technology expertise. From there she joined one of SSFRE's top real estate teams as a licensed assistant. During her first two-and-a-half years of real estate sales, she participated in over one hundred transactions exceeding $105,000,000 of sales volume.

After experiencing an incredible introduction into the burgeoning Vail Valley real estate world, Carling took the leap as a full-time broker with SSFRE at the Park Hyatt office in Beaver Creek Village in 2017. Carling's tenacity and hard work prevailed, and she earned the prestigious title of Rising Star for 2018. Now a seasoned professional, Carling adds real estate development sales to her repertoire, joining East West Partners on their newest luxury residential venture, Riverfront Village, at the base of Beaver Creek.

With a background in both finance and marketing, Carling can provide clients with an unparalleled level of service. By utilizing innovative technologies and implementing unique print and web-based marketing strategies, her clients benefit from a hands-on experience that is unmatched. Carling lives in Singletree with her husband Dane and two black labs, Milly, and Sadie. She loves skiing, hiking, happy hour, on-mountain picnics, live music, and Colorado blue bird days!
