Carlo Caparruva

Carlo Caparruva has more than 25 years of experience in Landlord Representation, Investment Sales, Acquisitions and Development which has led to some $3 Billion in transactions with some of the nation’s largest institutions. He formed Midtown Commercial to integrate a full service platform which provides Brokerage, Equity, Ownership, Advisory, Development, Management, Finance and Marketing to the $1-30M investor. His current leasing, development and NNN portfolio has properties in over 30 states. Mr. Caparruva has provided Leasing, Acquisitions and Development services to a variety of Landlords and Retailers including RREEF, New York Life, Starwood, ShopRite, Wawa, Gap and others.
A graduate of Upsala College, he holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American League of Lobbyists and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where we has served on the Government Relations committee and as Chairman of the NJ State ICSC Political Action Committee. Mr. Caparruva is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey.
