I have sold/bought over 10 homes in So. CA., so when making my decision to leave my home state to move to AZ, I knew I’d need a seasoned, well qualified Realtor with experience in working with an out of state buyer, whom I would need guidance from. Although I had many to choose from, I selected Carlo Quiroga with EXP Realty and couldn’t be happier with my choice. In every stage of my transaction, from picking me up from the airport, scheduling and showing me every perfectly selecting homes with my requirements/features and then returning me back to the airport in a timely manner.

After my accepted offer, he continued to guide me through the “closing process” successfully. Please know Carlo, doesn’t just walk away after the close of escrow; he went way beyond to make sure after my fast 20 day escrow. Carlo has shown me time and time again, his great knowledge, experience, patience’s and actions in an exceptional manner. He is quick to respond and most definitely been my #1 “go-to”.

Selling my own home in Mission Viejo, CA and moving out of state to AZ, knowing no one in AZ, Carlo has gone over and above his “Realtor” position/role. I give him so much credit for putting up with my stressful moments. Moving is stressful enough, but selecting Carlo has been my best decision ever, since he has been my greatest communicator and support. He has continued to be so incredibly helpful in my out of state transition and I am for the first time ever, writing a Realtor recommendation, as it has always appeared to me, when the deal is funded, they are no where to be found. Carlo is the “Diamond in the rough”and he is no longer just an excellent Realtor. I gladly and willingly want to be his advocate in recommending his excellence. He is a great man and now a friend. He is now permanently and gratefully staying on my “contacts list” as my #1 and ONLY Realtor recommendation.

He was patient enough to listen to our concerns and committed enough to tour the homes we wanted to see. We worked with another Realtor prior to Carlo and the experience between the two was quite different. Carlo was patient, and provided feedback along the way. As a first time home buyer we weren't sure if it was the right time to buy or if we'd even find a home within our price range. With Carlo's determination and support we were able to find a home, get the offer accepted almost immediately, and move through the process very quickly. I am a first time home buyer. Carlo has been a great asset for us throughout. After seeing at least 35-40 houses we finally found our place, and I really admire the level of patience he showed us from beginning till the end. He’s been a great resource for us in the whole home buying process. If you are in market to buy a home I’ll highly recommend him, but if you’re also a first time buyer like me I’ll personally advise you to go with this guy.

Can't recommend this realtor highly enough. We found ourselves in a situation where we had to sell our house on a strict deadline and a tight timeframe. He told us exactly what we needed to do, checked in on us regularly, and was always available to answer our dumb questions. When it came time for the actual sale of our home, he handled everything perfectly. We ended up selling to the very first people who saw it for well over asking. During escrow he continued to work with us to make sure we understood all the paperwork we were signing and what was required of us. Now we have closed well within our time frame and can relax. A+ grade for sure.

We had a small window of time due to the Covid situation to travel to Arizona and view properties. Carlo worked with us to schedule several property visits over a 2 days period and also helped direct us to a lender for loan prequalification. After choosing a house, Carlo was a great help in working the details to insure that the closing happened on schedule.

Our experience with Carlo was fantastic. He was very helpful in educating us in the process as first time buyers. In total, we looked at 30 houses and made 6 offers in a very competitive market for buyers. What stood out about Carlo in the process was his flexibility and drive to get things done for us. He was always able to schedule showings no matter how short notice we gave and he also pulled many long nights to get our offers submitted. Throughout the process, he was very communicative with us and real helped pull the deal together when it came time to close on the house.
