About Carlos

Since 2005, Carlos Azucena has worked in commercial real estate specializing in the sale of multi-family investments throughout the Bay Area. He joined Marcus & Millichap as an analyst and participated in the successful closing of over $2 billion worth of real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. During that time, Carlos specialized in the analysis, underwriting, and marketing of apartment buildings over 100 units for some of the region's largest private and public investors including real estate investment trusts (REITs), sponsorships, private equity groups and some of the most influential developers in the Bay Area. Presently, he is an associate member of the National Multi Housing Group and has concentrated his focus on apartment buildings under 100 units in the South Bay and Peninsula markets. This has allowed Carlos to shift his focus to private investors where he can share his expertise in underwriting, valuation, financing and negotiation in order to achieve superior results for his clients. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Carlos worked in the financial planning arena where he assisted his clients in wealth management, investments and insurance services.
