Carlos was a great help to my wife and I in finding our house. We moved from out of town. Carlos went above and beyond by picking us up from our hotel to look at houses. Once we closed on our house, he picked up our keys for us so we could move right in when we moved. He made our house hunting and moving experience hassle free, and he found us the perfect house at the perfect price. And after we moved in, he checked on us and helped by loaning us tools and offering his handy advice.

Carlos is the BEST!!! Highly recommended. He was our agent when we bought our house. We were new to Hampton Roads and he helped us find the perfect home and neighborhood that fit our lifestyle.
When it was time to sell we didn’t look any further. He again helped us like he was our Godfather, no kidding. Btw, this was our 4th house and no agent had ever helped us the way he did.

He has very strong ties to the community and is resourceful for all of the twists & turns inherent to buying/selling and previously managing properties. He helped my family get away from a potential real estate money pit with plenty of cash in our pockets to put tons of debt in the rear view mirror. First of all, if you’re looking for the BEST look no further. We moved from out of state and basically had to purchase a home within a 2 month period. We were STRESSED. Looking for houses in a state you don’t live in is almost impossible and on top of that this market didn’t help. Carlos was amazing and went out of his way to show us houses wherever they were and gave us ALL the details. He showed us the neighborhood and the streets leading to it, he gave a tour of the house that was detailed and looks at every nook and cranny. He never pushed us to purchase a home we didn’t like. He told us not to give up hope and even had a backup plan if we didn’t find a home in our time frame. We ended up with a home right on time with a week to spare! I cannot thank Carlos enough for all of his hard work and dedication to his clients. We are truly grateful!

Had a great first home buying experience, dude is easy to talk to. He finds what your looking for. I ended up buying a house in Williamsburg in 2011, even offered to help teach DIY projects to my house to add value. Gladly recommend Carlos.
