Carlos was truly exceptional. I and my wife met him three years ago after searching and found him rated as top agent in the region.
We were impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market, it was a no-brainer for us to work with him.
Carlos was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible, if he didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 to 10 minutes later.
His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple.

After being faced with the task of selling a family home, I reached out to a close friend and property transaction professional for a recommendation on an agent. She immediately sent me Carlos’s contact information and said that after years of working in real estate transactions, he is the ONLY agent she would ever refer to a friend. As soon as I spoke to Carlos I connected with his energy, upbeat attitude, and humor. But most importantly, I felt certain that he had the knowledge and experience to properly manage this sale from start to finish.

We encountered more bumps in the road than either of us would care to remember, but throughout all of it Carlos kept a cool demeanor, positive frame of mind, and even doubled as my therapist when the stress pushed me past my limits. He spent countless hours of his own time troubleshooting issues at the property. And when something went wrong that was beyond his expertise, he had a long list of reliable contacts who jumped through hoops to help us out. I don’t think I can do justice in a review to the amount of work he put in to see this sale through. If you’re reading this and are on the fence about what agent to hire, I guarantee that you won’t find anyone more committed, competent, and kind than Carlos Gautier.

In 2014 Carlos helped me find the perfect home for me. I gave him a list of everything I wanted in my 3rd home purchase and he delivered a variety of options for me to choose from. Always friendly, on time and available to answer my questions, Carlos made me feel like he really cared about making sure as a single woman, I found exactly what I wanted. After negotiating a price I was happy with and closing on my new home, he provided helpful information about great places to eat in my new neighborhood and he and his wife offered to treat me to dinner at a local restaurant in my new neighborhood. Eight years later, and he still calls to check on me and makes sure I’m happy with my purchase and keeps in touch.
