Carlos is great at what he does and helped us sell our home in Loma Linda. He was accommodating at all times, listening to us and following through with our requests. He arranged for a fantastic video of the home’s exterior and interior to be made as part of the marketing. He even staged a few items and moved a few items for video/photo day. It definitely worked as we got two interested parties the same day the house went on the MLS. One of these submitted a full offer. Carlos advised us as to what he thought would be the safest and surest escrow terms for us. He was there for the inspections and anytime we requested him to be there. When we had questions or concerns about escrow, he was there to help with answers or to intervene on our behalf by contacting the escrow office directly. He was there from start to finish.
