I can’t say enough to praise Carlos on his dedication to helping you sell your property!
Carlos responded to a add I had on Craigslist to sell my Chula Vista townhome bye owner.
With a tenant in the unit that hadn’t made a rent payment in a year I just wanted to sell this unit as is.
Carlos gave me a call to represent me to sell the unit. I was not wanting to sign any contract at the time to do this.
Not ever meeting Carlos because I live in Alaska he was willing to post a Notice of Quit notice on the unit to help me get the tenant out of the unit.
After months of attorney fees and giving the tenant $5000.00 to move out.
Carlos kept me informed on the work I was having done to the unit from a contractor I never met.
They contractor ended up not finishing the job after months of asking Carlos to check out what was going on because to contractor gave me very little information.
All in all I made I to Chula Vista not ever able to meet Carlos but was very thankful to him for representing me without any contract to do such a thing!
I was able to get the unit sellable and let Carlos have a open house to try to sell it.
I overpriced the unit due to all the loss I incurred.
A other Realitor was showing an other unit in the complex and had seen the For Sale by Owner signs on my unit the Carlos had put in the windows for me. The result of that the unit sold over a FaceTime visit with a client from a different agency.
Again I just want to thank Carlos for his dedication to help a person in dire need without a binding contract to do so.
I only wished there are more people in this world that you could rely on to help you when your in need of someone to trust.
