Would Give More Stars If I Could! There are not enough words to describe how excellent of an experience I had with Carlos Pulido. Beyond the traditional "being there for you" review, I wanted to write a more personalized one that hopefully someone can relate to. I will elaborate on this message: Carlos is experienced, caring, and professional enough to have been everything I have needed him to be, at the right time that I needed it. To elaborate just a bit...being a buyer in this market brings with it MANY emotions, uncertainties, doubts, questions, and difficult and stressful moments. However, Carlos was able to navigate every. single. one. of those moments with ease demonstrated by a true professional. He explained things when I needed explaining, he reassured me when I needed reassurance, counseled me on decisions he thought might be the wrong ones, and always had a quick solution to the problems we were facing with an inspection or finding out certain information, etc. Apart from all those qualities, he was also aggressive when it came to saving money, which for many of us, is key in this market. We were actually able to find a home that we loved and fit our budget becase and he went to bat for us and actually brought the price down to one that we could afford through tough negotiations, attention to detail for credits that we can receive, and soooo many little things that only someone who knows what they are doing is going to find. I'm happy to have been referred to Carlos by one of my friends who had a great experience with him, and hopefully, this review will lead you to discover the same. Thank you Carlos Pulido for such an amazing experience throughout this process. Even now that the house sold, he is still making sure that we find everything we need to move in and make that house a home.
