Carlos Ruga

Born in Las Villa Cuba, Carlos immigrated with his family at the age of three to Miami, Florida. He is married to his wife Jane since 1990 and has two boys. A resident of Coral Gables for close to 30 years, and commercial Real Estate broker since 1996, Carlos has represented all types of Buyers and Sellers with simple and complex deals. Carlos particpated in the South Beach Boom era negotiating the sale of various Ocean Drive Hotels and other South Beach properties throughout the mid-nineties. Carlos represented various clients including Banks and worked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office Asset Management Division on various deal. His Real Estate experience is not limited to Buyers and Sellers, but as an investor himself in neighborhood shopping centers, office complex, and multi and single-family homes.
