Carlos Valencia

Carlos Valencia is an advisor at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors. He primarily focuses on the acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of investment properties in the greater Denver Metro Area. Carlos’ traditional real estate & construction education combined with formal investment sales training enable him to provide value for clients of all types. Before joining Pinnacle in 2017, Carlos interned and worked as a broker at Marcus & Millichap, as well as an agent at Unique Properties in Denver. As a Colorado Native, Carlos completed the Real Estate & Construction Management BSBA at the Franklin L. Burns School of the University of Denver.
