Honestly, prior to having this experience, I was dubious about the value that realtors bring to the table. I can say without any reservations that Carly has completely changed my view on this topic. She was excellent: meticulous with details, fantastic advice, great "bedside manner" and calming force and I would have never been able to get through this stressful experience without her help. I highly recommend her to any prospective buyer or seller as she will surely take the home buying or selling experience from one of stress to one of calm and professionalism.
