The team at Carmela homes, Carmela & Lisa specifically, helped us find the perfect house to rent in Astoria. Despite a chaotic market, they were able to find us a place that is WAY TOO NICE for what we're paying! P.S. Everyone who we worked with was friendly, authentic, and helpful. Carmela is well known in the business. I’ve seen her signs on so many homes and thought she must be good. Did not disappoint, truly professional and very responsive throughout.
She advertised and did open house during the winter. Provided people with little booties so they wouldn’t track snow throughout the house. We received a great offer from a solid buyer. We couldn’t be happier.
