Carmelo is an excellent realtor. He assisted in the process of purchasing a home for my dad. He knows the market and really cares about his customers. He was able to work with my dad as I was in another city and him being bi-lingual was a huge plus. He even went over during the inspection and was up on the roof with the inspector. He is just a very caring realtor who will help you get your dream home and my whole family is thankful and grateful we were able to work with him. He even stayed in contact with us after closing, making sure we had a smooth moving. Needless to say we definitely recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Wow! This was the second time that Carmelo represented me and he did an amazing job! He ensured that everything from listing, pictures, showing, coordinations and documentation were done right the first time and on schedule. He had people viewing my house within the first week and we got a solid offer/buyer in less than a month.
