Carmen and the CLR Sales Group were amazing to work with as we sold our old home and bought our new one. They patiently walked us through every step of the process and were there to answer all of our many questions. When we sold our home, they were here to give us tips and to stage it for us. They did such a great job that it went under contract after the first weekend! Then she and Len worked with us to find just the right home. Not once did we feel pressured to settle for a house or to "upgrade" to something more than we were looking for. Carmen is so knowledgeable that she was able to help us get our new home for a deal, and the whole CLR Sales Group team walked us through the process of closing both houses. I moved to Texas almost a year ago. Houses were flying off the market as fast as they appeared. Several realtors could not meet my expectations. Jennifer Shaffer was closing up an open house. She offered to show me houses in the area and I accepted. We made at least a dozen offers and could not get an offer accepted. Jen was always cheerful and optimistic. When an offer was finally accepted she with me through each step of the transaction. She was even at my closing. Even after closing she continues to keep in contact. We are so incredibly grateful for everything Carmen did to help us find the home of our dreams!!!
As first time prospective home owners, we were pretty intimidated about starting the process, but so many of our friends had worked with Carmen before and highly recommended reaching out to her!!
Carmen was AMAZING!!! During our initial consultation, Carmen took the time to really listen and ask about what we were looking for, not only in a house, but in a realtor!
She explained the whole process so well and made us both a LOT more comfortable with what we were about to get into!
During our search, Carmen provided us so many fantastic options within our price point and in the areas of town we were interested in!!
House tours were such a fun and fantastic experience with Carmen!! She has a super keen eye for pointing out potential issues with certain homes we looked at.
Once we had our house picked, Carmen went Above and Beyond to work with the selling agent to get the listing price down to a super reasonable price, based on some of the TLC we knew the house would need down the road.
During this process, the rest of the CLR Team (Len, Erin, Rochi) were Rock Stars with providing us updates, coordinating and showing up for inspections, and scheduling out important next steps!!
They seriously took away all worry or fear of us potentially forgetting something!!!
Everything felt so seamless!!!!

Working with the CLR Sales Group was by far the best decision we made when entering into the real estate market. We wanted a new build house but were not sure of the area. Carmen immediately stepped in an advised us on a lot that would fit the needs of our family. Based on Carmen's recommendation, we saved $165,000 on the lot alone! Carmen was there from start to finish and assisted with everything from selecting floorplans, advising during design center appointments, and negotiating contract details to save us money. Carmen even paid for us to have a personal home design consultant. Who does that!?!? Top tier service from the CLR Sales Group and we couldn't be happier! We love our new home!

Carmen, Len, Rachel, Carissa, John, Andrew, and others at CLR Sales Group were also amazing in helping us with the sale/lease of our other home (e.g., our starter home). My name is Kortney and this year, I purchased a new home that was built! I worked with Carmen at the CLR Sales Group and had the most phenomenal experience. I entered this journey with little knowledge on the home buying process. I was overwhelmed until I met with Carmen and she broke everything down in the most easily digestible manner. She asked what my home must haves were and got back to me within 24 hours with options. We quickly found a cute, modern neighborhood in an incredible location of Austin that immediately felt like home.
