Working in real estate since 1996 and as a licensed agent since 1997, Carmen offers the experience clients seek when buying or selling waterfront homes, camps, land, recreational camps, country homes, and in-town residential properties in the Lincoln Lakes Region or western Piscataquis County in the Sebec and Schoodic Lake markets. Over her 20 years as a personal assistant to her husband Phil, she has developed a reliable method for getting things done. Carmen is actively involved in the Lincoln, Maine community. She previously served on the Advisory Board for the Partnership for a Healthy Northern Penobscot and was a member of the SPRINT coalition. Most recently, Carmen served as the 2019 president of the Greater Bangor Area Realtors, currently sits on its board of directors, and previously served as its treasurer. She also serves as the treasurer of the Lincoln Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce and is on the Technology Committee for Maine Listings. Carmen holds bachelor’s degrees in Biology and an associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Maine and has a background in laboratory science.
