Carmen is absolutely amazing! Carmen stayed with me through 33 houses and 13 offers and never got impatient with me once! She took all my wants and concerns and prioritized the things I wanted in a house! She never pressured me into something I didn’t want and always supported my decision! 10/10 recommend!

Miss Lori and I have been actively looking for a home for approx. 2 months in two states, Alabama and Tennessee. After no luck finding a home, we hired Carmen McPherson from Coldwell Banker of the Valley. After two days, Carmen found us the house we wanted and " CLOSED" in two weeks. Carmen went above and beyond helping to facilitate repairs for the residence before closing. Carmen was very pleasant to work with. She was very patient with us while we narrow down what we were looking for. Carmen was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Most of her responses were within a few hours. I am very happy with a forever home she helped us find. We plan to use her to sell the home we just moved out of. I know she will do a great job for us.
