Carmen has been in the real estate industry since 2000. In 2010 she decided to establish her own company. She is now the CEO and Founder of Dynamic Real Estate. Carmen’s career entails communicating with clients, showing properties, handling marketing and social media marketing initiatives, managing listings, and overseeing 12 agents who work for her. She prides herself in providing outstanding knowledge about the market, honesty, integrity, and results.
A relocation specialist and luxury homes specialist, Carmen is also noted for working with first-time buyers and investors. Carmen holds a real estate license and broker’s license, and recently received the Five Stars Award four years in row for outstanding services provided to her buyers and sellers. She is affiliated with the Sacramento Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and master’s Club.
Carmen holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in English and creative writing, both from California State University, Sacramento.
When Carmen is not busy selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her two children. She is also an avid runner and tennis player. In 2015, Carmen ran her first marathon, the California International Marathon.
