Hi, I’m Carmen Simon — a full-time REALTOR® passionate about helping people build wealth, security, and the life they want through real estate. I proudly serve clients across North County San Diego and Riverside County, from first-time homebuyers to retirees, military families using VA loans, and seasoned or first-time investors.

Originally from Ripon in Northern California, I now live in Oceanside with my college sweetheart and our Australian Shepherd, Hazel.
