Since 2005, the High Desert has been her home and a major part of her career. Carmin analyzes market trends to generate and execute marketing campaigns in target areas of Apple Valley, Adelanto, Victorville, Hesperia, Phelan, and the rest of San Bernardino County including Riverside County.

In 2016, Carmin became affiliated with Realty ONE Group Empire led by her broker Janet Cisneros. With the vision and goals her broker verbalized and demonstrated it developed her into a successful seasoned Realtor. Her grass roots style of marketing combined with relentless work ethic she has managed to land in a leadership role at Realty ONE Group Empire named “The Ramos Group” Established in 2019, their group is made of several agents who represent most of Southern California stretching as far as Los Angeles and Orange County. Being a leader and a mentor of The Ramos Group has sparked a new passion in her career, developing and witnessing her groups success has fueled her motivation and excitement for their movement going forward.

Carmin’s favorite part of the day is coming home to family, the key component to her success or accomplishments in her career are her kids. Carmin loves taking road trips and going on vacations with her family.
