About Carol A
Carol O'Connor, who began her real estate career at Corcoran in 2001, has won numerous awards with the company over the years, including placement in the Multi-Million-Dollar Club and in NRT's Top 1% of Sales Associates nationwide. Most importantly though, she has earned referrals and repeat business from loyal clients who have been extremely satisfied with the exceptional quality of her service.
Making every buyer and seller feel well prepared and informed, and of course happy with their results, is Carol's goal. From selling penthouses and classic sixes uptown to chic apartments further downtown, she has exceeded her clients' expectation with her knowledge, creative problem solving and strong negotiating on their behalf.
An Upper East Side resident for over 35 years, Carol knows her own neighborhood intimately, as she does anywhere in Manhattan your heart desires. She began her prior career in fashion as a buyer trained at Lord & Taylor in NYC after studying Fashion and Business at Marymount College, and since enjoyed success working for the likes of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger as vice president of sales and marketing.
Purchasing a co-op in Manhattan and condominium in the Hamptons piqued Carol's interest in real estate personally as well as professionally, giving her a deep understanding of the intricacies of home ownership. She enjoys helping others through the process of buying, selling, and renting, and does so with savvy and expertise. Carol's relationships with clients mean a great deal to her, which is why she always conducts business with care and integrity. Outside of real estate, she is a big New York sports fan and an avid golfer. Carol is a member of the Westhampton Country Club, Women's Metropolitan Golf Association and Women's Long Island Golf Association, where she also sits on the Board.
