Carol Bernton

Carol specializes in commercial leasing and the purchase of investment properties, especially off market properties for both landlords and tenants, primarily in Palm Beach County. She has over 25 years’ experience in Florida commercial real estate. Carol also has done multiple restaurant deals for Dunkin, Kabuki, and Rivales Taqueria and Craft Bar all in Palm Beach County. A former President of the Realtors’ Commercial Alliance, she remains active on their Education Committee which is instrumental in setting up monthly speakers and sponsors, finding networking venues and working on educational programs for the group.
