With over a decade of combined experience as an REO Asset Manager, Real Estate Broker, State Certified Residential Appraiser, licensed CAM and Real Estate Instructor, Carol is a vertically integrated professional with a track record of proven success. As a REO Asset Specialist at Amtrust Bank, Carol managed a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio comprised of residential single units, 2-4 family and vacant land properties. Responsible for managing all aspects of sale of REO assets from foreclosure to closing. Prior to Amtrust, Carol was recruited at Ocwen Loan Servicing to manage a nationwide multimillion dollar portfolios of REO assets comprised of commercial, residential single units, 2-4 unit and vacant land properties.

An established Real Estate Broker, Carol has a proven track record of success virtually spanning all aspects of Commercial and Residential Real Estate. From condos to hotels, single family homes to businesses, Carol has been helping buyers and sellers realize their South Florida Real Estate goals since 1995.

A State Certified Residential Appraiser since 2004, after a completing a 2 year real estate appraiser internship, Carol established her own Real Estate Appraisal firm specializing in all types of residential real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews. A Real Estate Instructor Carol has trained and coached some of the area’s top real estate professionals. She has been a key note speaker on the industries hottest topics and uses a real world approach when teaching pre and post licensing courses.
