Carol has helped me with three real estate transactions: Finding property to build my retirement home, finding a home I bought to live in while building, and the sale of that home when granted occupancy of the new house. Each required critical timing for the overall plan to work. Carol quickly understood my needs and found solutions to all the barriers commonly encountered when buying and selling real estate. She knew how to ease my concerns and always gave me realistic advice. When seeing the deadlines I faced with the construction, she even helped paint many hours. I know she has helped other clients with packing or cleaning...whatever it took to get the job done on time.
