Carol Diaz

Carol has been a resident in Las Vegas since August of 1979 after moving from Southern California. She grew up in a military family and lived in multiple states before graduating from high school. Carol is grateful for the sacrifices those in the military have made, as well as the sacrifices of their families. She has one adult child and has been a single parent since her child was very young.

Carol enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs and cats, as well as cooking (especially barbequing!), reading, and spending time outdoors. She is also an avid learner, and continually strives to improve herself.

She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated with a dual major of a BSBA in Certified Public Accounting and a BSBA in Management Information Systems. In addition, Carol has continued her education and earned various certifications and designations along the way. For more than 30 years, she worked in various positions related to accounting and information technology including as a Senior Financial Analyst, Office Manager, Senior Technical Systems Analyst, Software Consultant, and Project Manager. She obtained her Real Estate License in February of 2015 and joined Keller Williams Realty. Carol was attracted to Keller Williams since their priorities and values reflect her own—God, family, and business, and “doing the right thing.”

Carol is a Residential Listing and Buyers Specialist. As a Real Estate professional, Carol believes in providing the best service possible to her clients. She understands that buying and selling a home is often the largest financial transaction a person may have in their lifetime. She believes that each transaction should be a “win” for all parties involved and strives to make that happen while using her skills, knowledge, and past experiences. Carol walks her clients through the entire buy and/or sale process and keeps in communication with her clients and her team during the transaction, as well as following up with her clients after the transaction has completed.

She is proud to be a member of the National Association of REALTORS® as well as the local chapter, the Las Vegas REALTORS®. These professional organizations have a rigid Code of Ethics and a set of standards which exceed those required by the State of Nevada. Not all real estate licensees are members of these Associations.
