Carol Fisher

Carol Fisher is very proud of her four brothers who served this great country. She obtained her real estate license in 1992 and recently Carol was listening to a retired veteran speak about the many benefits that the Veterans Administration offers active and retired veterans. Astonishingly, there are over 20 million veterans and sadly ONLY 15% take advantage of the benefits they earned and deserve.

Carol was shocked and asked my brothers if they ever used their home loan benefit. Unfortunately, only one of her brothers used the VA home loan (for every home purchased). The others did not for various reasons – “Didn’t know enough about it”, “Didn’t need to” and” “Discouraged by the real estate agent”.

Carol has put my passion into action in helping active or retired veterans use the many benefits available to them. She earned her Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification through the National Association of Realtors. This certification educates real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and takes full advantage of military benefits and support.

She wants to be your resource if you are buying or selling a home or investment property, refinancing, require home repairs or housing grants. She takes you through the process from start to finish.
