Carol Gaines

Carol has been a FULL Time Real Estate Agent since 1998. In 2001 she became part of a relocation team that specializes in working with Military members and their families. She is very passionate about her job and her goal is to make the real estate experience a happy one for her customers by making the experience less stressful for them. Carol always promised excellent service and will be in constant contact with you from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Her goal is for each customer to want to use her again or recommend Carol to their family and friends.

She has lived in Santa Rosa County since 1970. Her husband is a local business owner in Pace, Florida. They have two children and five grandsons. They have or are attending local schools. Carol is a member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has been a multi-Million Dollar producer since 1999. She has been a Top Gun Agent with WCR since 1999. Carol has a black belt in Tang Soo Do. She enjoys spending time with her family, motorcycles/cars and boating.
