About Carol

Born and raised in Rockville Centre, Carol O’Leary attended school in the village and completed her studies by graduating from Pennsylvania’s Villanova University with a liberal arts degree. Back home in Rockville Centre, Carol worked at money management firm Dreyfus Service Corporation in customer service for nearly 10 years. There, Carol honed her customer service skills, taking immense pride in offering the highest level of trustworthy financial service to her clients.

When it came time for Carol to buy her own home, she found that she enjoyed the entire process. She realized her experience, loyalty, discretion, and second-nature knack for customer service would allow her to help others looking for their dream homes. Carol decided to go for a real estate career enlisting her best friend of over 30 years to join her! Nancy O'Brien and Carol have been business partners from the start. Together, they have been marketing and selling real estate for over 20 years. Their shared goal is to work honestly and ethically. Both Carol and Nancy are extremely flexible, accommodating, and able to supply the highest level of service.
