I had such a great experience working with Carol, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!! Since I was a first time home buyer, she was very helpful in teaching me all about the process. Carol was very patient and took me to see any and all the houses I wanted to see. She never made me feel pressured to buy a something that I was uncertain about. She very quickly learned what I was looking for, was very helpful in recommending places to see, and also identifying reasons why a house might not be for me. Carol was very attentive and always available to talk and answer questions, at anytime during the day. In the end, she helped me find my perfect home, and I couldn't be happier!!

I utilized Carol's services twice in the last 4 years to sell two homes in northern IL. She was always fast to respond to questions and had good recommendations. Following her recommendations got me more $ for my properties when I was actually willing to settle for less! Highly recommend using Carol if you are selling (Or Buying) a home.

I've worked with Carol twice over the years, once as a buyer and years later as a seller. In both cases she was a thoughtful and perceptive guide thru the real estate jungle - first when I was a first time buyer and she found the exact properties she knew I would be interested in and then held my hand thru the purchasing process. Years later when it was time to sell, I made the costly mistake of signing with someone else - a realtor who spent a lot of money on advertising and thru their advertising lead me to believe their connections and insights in that immediate community would help sell my house quickly and seamlessly. Needless to say that was a huge mistake and after nearly 8 months on the market with nothing to show for it - showings but not one offer, I called Carol. She met with me immediately and we decided on a new game plan. I knew that with the small number of houses she takes on to sell at any given time, she puts all of her focus and energy into selling those homes, vs simply listing as many as possible and waiting for buyers. Her energy paid off and we sold the house 2 months later. She is a true professional -- she knows her markets, she understands selling strategies, she is ethical and honest and I am proud to call her my friend as well. I would never consider selling or buying a home with anyone else - and my less than positive example of signing with a marketing-heavy competitor, which ended up a very expensive mistake, allows me to say, I learned the hard way - take my advice and work with Carol!

Selling a house is a big decision and I was super nervous. Luckily, I had Carol as my realtor! Carol was very detailed and organized through the whole process. She explained what she does differently (and better) than other realtors and I experienced everything she said as true. I relocated to a different state and was unable to be there in person to deal with some of the troubles we had but Carol went out of her way to let people in and manage the work being done. She really made me feel like my house was her house and that put me at ease. I would recommend Carol to anyone and I hope someday in the future to be able to work together with her again. Thanks Carol!
