Carol Spellacy-Hinman

It’s all about family – and real estate. Mom and Dad Spellacy were the successful proprietors of top-selling, Spellacy & Associates Realty in San Bernardino, California. Baby Carol was surrounded by the props of the trade – disclosure statement coloring sheets, yard sign jungle gym, amortization table number recognition – her first words were, “Open House.” Seriously, Real Estate has been a large part of the experience for Carol’s entire life - marketing, training, and managing as a Spellacy – buying, selling, and representing as a Hinman. On the home front, Carol has a happy marriage, three awesome children, and holds a BA in Human Communication and MEd in Early Childhood Education.
