It was a great working with Carol. A consummate professional who spent two days driving my husband and I around the Falls Village area and neighboring towns. Carol is not only incredibly knowledgeable about home buying, structural issues, repair needs and regulations but she is a fount of knowledge about the local area. She was our tour guide and realtor combined.

Carol is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone that is truly on their side, saavy and knows how to get the deal done in your near interest. We had many complicated things to work through and she knew how to handle every one of them from the septic issues, the inspections, electrical and she’s a pro at the business side of things too which is amazing. She knows everyone in the area and referred me to contacts that have proven invaluable in helping to improve the house and have trustworthy people to work with. She is also local, having lived in the area for over 30+ years which really makes a big difference. So happy we got connectors with Carol and recommend her to everyone we know and she’s helped many.

Carol was the best she made my family’s dream come true with the house she had found us and put in a lot of overtime to make it happen a foreclser and rehab loan was a lot to take on she did it with ease
