Carol gave me a website so I could look at the available homes in my preferred area. I found a home that I wanted to see and I called her. She said we have to see it right away, but I thought we could wait - it would still be there. Carol insisted that we see it right then. Being a first time homebuyer, I was afraid to put a bid on it because it was the first house I saw. She understood and recommended that we see the other houses on my list but none of them compared - the yard wasn't as big, the houses weren't as well kept, etc. Come to find out, time was of the essence, the first house already had a bid submitted. Carol wrote up a winning offer and the house was mine. I love my home. Carol was a great advocate for me and I would highly recommend her.

I have known Carol for over 30 years and can tell you without hesitation, Carol is a quick study. She becomes almost instantly & proficiently an expert at what ever she takes on.
