My brothers and I have used Carol to buy and sell many properties (land and rentals) over the years. Carol has exceptional attention to details, timelines and deadlines. Her understanding of the Albuquerque single family rental market is remarkably deep. She accomplishes above and beyond what other realtors I have used provide. Plus, she is very pleasant to work with, even when we pressure her on sales prices. We will not use another realtor in New Mexico.
